Reviewing Your Team's Schedule

The default tab in your team dashboard is the schedule tab.

A few important notes:

  • WNY Athletics is NOT integrated with Arbiter. We are able to pull the information out of the system once (manually). Schedule updates made within Arbiter afterwards will not automatically be reflected on your team page. We rely on coaches to make these updates in their dashboards so parents / fans have accurate information.
  • Any contest that you are playing outside of Section VI will not be included in the Arbiter import. Chances are the team will not already be created for girls lacrosse – easiest option is to email the event info to Matt Todaro and he’ll get it setup.
  • Any changes you make on your team’s schedule will also update the opposing team’s schedule, the scoreboard page and master schedules.

Editing an Existing Contest - Reschedules / Cancellations

Click “Open Contest Menu” and select the “Edit Event” option.

A popup window will appear with the event details. Change the setting so that everything is accurate and click “Save Changes To Event”

Fields will not auto-save like other areas of the website.

In the event of a cancellation due to weather…

Please login to your dashboard and change the “Status” field of the contest to “Cancelled” or “Postponed”

When the game has been rescheduled you can update the date / time / location and set the status back to “Normal”

Adding a New Contest

Click the “Add Event” button in the top right corner of your team schedule tab.

Fill out the form with the contest info and click “Add Event” at the bottom of the form.

What if my opponent does not exist when adding an event?

Chances are if you’re adding a contest that will be played against a non-Section VI team it will not appear in the dropdown. Email Matt Todaro and he’ll get the team created for you.
